The FOUNDATION covers 3 courses : Basic, Advanced , and Dig Deeper . These give you a good grasp of the techniques in ThetaHealing® . 

In the Basic class, you learn how to connect with the Creator of All That Is/ God/ Source / the 7th Plane creative energy.  You will also experience the opening of your psychic sences. The 2 most important and powerful skills for a ThetaHealer®  is the "Feeling Work" ( as taught in the Advanced TH class) and the  "Digging Work " ( as honed in the Manisfesting & Abundance class) .  Healing without addressing your feelings skips the heart which is the most important aspect of healing, creation and manifestation.  ThetaHealing® without 'digging work' is like a band-aid and the healing can be temporary.  You have to find the bottom belief / programme in order to 'get to the bottom of things' as the saying goes.   Vianna talks about "Why We Need Digging Work" in the video clip on the page About Vianna.

I also offer courses beyond the 3 Foundation courses. The Manifesting The Manifesting and Abundance , and Game of Life are both  amazing and popular .
